Annual Performance Landlord Report 2024/25 The Scottish Housing Regulator has released our Annual Performance Report for 2024/25.

Pocket Park Closure 2025 The Pocket Park will be closed for maintenance works from 14/08/2025 - 15/08/2025. It will then be closed again on 18/08/2025 - 20/08/2025.

Systems Issue 13/05/2025 Due to a widespread broadband outage we are currently experiencing issues with our systems which is affecting our phonelines. We are currently working to resolve this issue. The office is open to the public from 13:30 to 16:30. Please visit the office for any enquiries

External Audit Tender Lochfield Park Housing Association are seeking to appoint an external auditor to audit and express an opinion on the Associations financial statements in accordance with the applicable law and International Standards on Auditing (UK and Ireland) as issued by the Audit Practices Board
Red Weather Warning 23rd January 2025 In light of the red weather warning for wind issued for 10am to 5pm on Friday 24th January, the office will be closed to the public. Gas Boiler Information Due the freezing weather conditions and an increase in boiler breakdowns our gas contractor (City Building) is taking longer than usual to attend.

Announcement 23.08.2024 Lochfield Park Housing Association is deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of our Director Kenneth Halliday on the 17th August 2024. Kenny was the Director of Lochfield Park for over 21 years serving the community, working tirelessly to improve the quality of homes and services for tenants. He was a driving force in the regeneration of the Lochend area and a strong advocate for the community-based housing association sector.

Lochfield Park wins Prestigious Herald Housing Award 2023 Lochfield Park Housing Association has just won the “Affordable Housing Development of the Year Award” at “The Herald Property Awards For Scotland 2023”.
AGM 2023 Another Successful AGM for Lochfield Park H.A. Lochfield Park H.A. had another successful AGM on 14th September 2023 with 34 members attending. We had 1 new nomination for the Management Committee and 3 re-elections. We are pleased that we now have 14 Management Committee members for the coming year. Our thanks to everyone who attended on the night.
30th Anniversary Gala Day – A Great success! We hope everyone (over 700) who attended the 30th Anniversary Gala Day in August had a great time. It’s a major achievement for Lochfield Park to be a successful Registered Social Landlord, and see the regeneration that has occurred in the Lochend Area as a result of the Association’s work over the last 30 years.

Platform What's On - Jan - June 2023 Our new What’s On programme at Platform, The Bridge, which runs from now until June. It is packed full of new theatre for adults and children, live music, festival days and art exhibitions – with tickets for locals from £4. Our Pay-What-You-Like Taking Part programme is in full swing with drums, guitar & fiddle lessons, art classes, drama groups, choir, a new dance workshop with Paragon for teens with ASN, knitting group and family sessions.

Rent Review 2023-24 - Tenant Consultation This is the time of year where housing associations are thinking about their budgets for the next financial year, starting in April 2023, and, as a key part of that, we're starting our consultation with tenants on what level of rent is set from April. The law requires us to do this every year.
Santas Grotto 2022 Santas is coming to Lochfield Park, tickets on sale now! Santa will be at Lochfield Park on Wednesday 14th December 2022 between 11am - 1PM and 3pm - 6pm. This is a ticketed event. Tickets are available from our office via cash purchase only. This event is exclusive to Lochfield Park Tenants children and grandchildren only. Please purchase your ticket as early as possible to avoid disappointment
Scottish Housing Regulator Engagement Plan Lochfield Park has recently decided to considerably increase its development programme of new housing for social rent. As a result, the number of affordable homes provided by Lochfield Park will increase by almost 20% over the next five years. As a result of our large development programme over the coming years, the Association will be engaging with the Scottish Housing Regulator.
Another Successful AGM for Lochfield Park H.A. Lochfield Park H.A. had another successful AGM on 15th September 2022 with 31 members attending. We had 4 new nominations for the Management Committee and 3 re-elections. We are pleased that we now have 13 Management Committee members for the coming year. Our thanks to everyone who attended on the night.
HM Queen Elizabeth II - State Funeral On Monday 19 September 2022 the State Funeral of HM Queen Elizabeth II will take place. An additional Public Holiday has been granted for a day of National Mourning. On this day, the office will be closed. We will re-open Tuesday 20th September 2022.
