About Your Rent
Lochfield Park rents are calculated using a formula where points are awarded according to the size, type and amenity level of the property. We also consider the financial viability of Lochfield Park, the costs of managing and maintaining our houses, the sums that require being set aside for future maintenance and the affordability of the rents to our tenants.
The Management Committee of Lochfield Park reviews rents annually and any increase takes place on the 01 April each year. If we intend to raise your rent we will consult you on the proposed increase and we will then write to you at least one month beforehand to confirm the new rent.
