SPSO Model Complaints Policy and Procedure 2021

Lochfield Park HA Ltd adopted the SPSO Model Complaints Policy and Procedure at the end of March 2021 and implemented it on 1st April 2021. The idea of the new Model is that all RSLs have a consistent approach to complaints and complaints handling and everyone is treated fairly, transparently and within agreed timescales.
