24 Mar Changes to Routine and Non Urgent Repairs Due to the unfolding situation and in light of Government guidance our contractors have informed us that they will not be attending routine or non- urgent repairs for the foreseeable future. They will however continue to attend emergency repairs subject to Coronavirus Precautions being implemented.
Scottish Housing Regulator Engagement Plan Lochfield Park has recently decided to considerably increase its development programme of new housing for social rent. As a result, the number of affordable homes provided by Lochfield Park will increase by almost 20% over the next five years. As a result of our large development programme over the coming years, the Association will be engaging with the Scottish Housing Regulator.
