18 Sep AGM 2023 Another Successful AGM for Lochfield Park H.A. Lochfield Park H.A. had another successful AGM on 14th September 2023 with 34 members attending. We had 1 new nomination for the Management Committee and 3 re-elections. We are pleased that we now have 14 Management Committee members for the coming year. Our thanks to everyone who attended on the night.

Scottish Housing Regulator Engagement Plan

Lochfield Park has recently decided to considerably increase its development programme of new housing for social rent. As a result, the number of affordable homes provided by Lochfield Park will increase by almost 20% over the next five years. As a result of our large development programme over the coming years, the Association will be engaging with the Scottish Housing Regulator.

90% of respondents to our 2018 Satisfaction survey said they were satisfied with the way Lochfield Park deals with repairs and maintenance.

Lochfield Park's rent increased by 2.5% this year. Tenant satisfaction in this 'Core' area remains consistent from our 2015 survey.
