Lochfield Park Housing Association has just won the “Affordable Housing Development of the Year Award” at “The Herald Property Awards For Scotland 2023”.
These annual awards are very competitive and recognise excellence in the property sector in Scotland. Lochfield Park’s recently completed Abbeycraig Road Development was chosen as the winner despite fierce competition from many other worthy finalists.
Steven Gallacher, chairperson of the Association said “This is a great achievement to be chosen as the winner of the Affordable Housing Development of the Year Award, especially in our 30th Anniversary Year 2023.
The Abbeycraig Road Development was also recognised earlier in the year as a finalist in two categories at the Scottish Home Awards 2023.
Just as important to the Association are the views of the tenants living in the new homes, and we can confirm that initial tenant satisfaction results indicate 97.4% are happy with their new home.
